I am Emmanuel Gyasi, recently used your flight from London to Amsterdam. (almost two hours late). Sadly, the connecting flight to Accra was cancelled. I spoke to your staff at the transfer service and they book a hotel outside the airport for me but I was refused exit by the immigration because I didn’t have visa. Your staff suggested two airport hotels. Unfortunately my card couldn’t pay. My card declined even though I had money in it. that I pay for a hotel and ask a refund from KLM. I came back to your staff, and honestly I admire how they all shared ideas on how to assist me. I am super grateful you employed the best, but I will single out “Lineker”, she was lovely. She needs a pay rise.
