I actually used today as a self care day. I usually do go to a parade somewhere but it was Actually nice escaping all the chaos I did go for a walk (sorry) as I hadn't done any exercise in a few days

rest days are the most overlooked part of training 😆 should do sauna and cold plunge they always help with little niggles same boat as you refuse to go out on Paddy's day its almost as bad as going out ST Stephens night

I agree.. 500,000 people in Dublin oh no.. One year i went into the city. It took me over 5 hours to get home, i said it would be faster to fly to LA
