Start by prepping your veggies: chop the butter lettuce, slice the cucumbers, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion. 2. Carefully cut the kernels off the corn and add everything to a large bowl. 3. Season the ribeye with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Montreal steak seasoning. 4. Grill (or BBQ) until cooked to your liking, then let it rest before cutting into bite-sized cubes. 5. Add the steak on top of the salad. 6. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and oregano. 7. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together.
