the recipe is actually 6 eggs, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, chives, salt and pepper and you can add 1/2cup cheese. Bake on 375 for about 15 to 20 minutes. if you want it quiche like texture blend the mixture.
