In a mortar and pestle crush cardamom and remove the exterior. Crush until you get a powder 2. Add saffron to the mortar and crush until you get a powder, bloom with an ice cube 3. Add heavy cream to a bowl and mix until you get soft peaks. 4. Add saffron water, cardamom, rose water qnd gently fold in 5. Add condensed milk and fold in 6.
