this happens to me, straight out of the blue, my whole body goes into a deep freeze, i literally freeze in place. it's actually kinda painful

OMG, yes! Cold all the way down to the bone! I have to get into a hot bath or hot shower to get rid of the chill! 🥶

I highly recommend talking with your doctor about hormone replacement therapy. I wish I would have started it much sooner.
