36 to 38, I entered. I realised I built everything but included people with the wrong characteristics when life got hard after a redundancy. I emerged from the tunnel 45 / 46 when I chose to live my life with more integrity and respect for myself than to keep people in what I build for myself. this is important when you realise there is less runway to take off ahead of you and life becomes more about what you are trying to land

Very accurate. For me I built from the age of 15 non stop, got a wife at 30..build build..had 3 kids..build build. And then at 46 I thought why? So I sold my business and house and my partner was amazing and we put the kids in the car 5-9-11 of ages and I told them we’re going on holiday and never coming back. It’s been an amazing journey, bringing up my kids instead of bringing up a business has been very fulfilling….BUT..now they’re gone, all flown the nest and I’m sort of..a little lost.

52 I am the elder one 😎👍 And what a ride I've had, wow. I've been through every phase, and now finally peace. Screwed over by everyone, and I mean everyone. It doesn't bother me anymore; nothing can touch me, as if I were a Buddhist. I flow like water through a stream. People want my attention and to be with me, to talk to me or talk about me. I keep them at a distance so easily, something I could never manage. I drew everyone's misery to myself, helped everyone build complete houses for free, gave them money even though I suffered because of it myself. Never again. My peace is sacred to me. I enjoy the silence and the birds that I never heard for some reason. One piece of advice: take care of yourself, not others. This world consists of 99.999% of parasites.
