I work at Heathrow as a check in and gate agent and we don’t operate jet bridges we have dispatchers that do it ! That’s really cool though xxxx

I’m a flight attendant and love seeing this perspective. You guys work so hard with unhappy passengers. Usually when they get on the plane it’s happier people (mostly). Would love to shadow a GA for the day! CANNOT believe you have mandatory OT. That seems illegal lmao

I'm in CLT for a diff airline typically ticket counter occasionally gate as needed. I can imagine what you go through with the passengers in the back with delays/late cancelled or having to take over another flight
