No no… you PAY for Porsche you GET a Porsche. You DON’T pay for a Porsche and get a Kia! I’d be asking for excursions, spa credits, drink packages, etc!! You still deserve a REFUND but in the meantime for the INCONVENIENCE you deserve immediate compensation! It’s that simple 🫶🏼

They deliberately chose to give another person your suite and downgrade your stay without any notification or compensation should be grounds for a lawsuit. If carnival doesn’t do anything talk to a free lawyer, I’m sure the price difference between the room you got and the room you paid for is pennies for them but a big deal to you
