I got sober without rehab 20 yrs ago. I had nothing and nobody left & would get angry at ppl in mtngs that went to rehab (jealousy, I think. I was very angry for a long time anyway). Everyone's different tho. Whatever works 🙏🏻

There’s a rehab in Peckham London which I went through it didn’t cost me a penny and I’m still clean now nearly 2 years later, the rehab is called kairos community

Sounds about right the costs of 24 hour a day care with accommodation and food included is not cheap. In Norway it’s free but you have to wait 3-6 months to get in so not ideal if you need help asap
