Cinnamon Roll Overnight Protein Oats Oats: 1 cup oats (I used the @Seven Sundays Cereal Maple Almond protein oats… comment OATS to get it) 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water Yogurt: 1 cup greek yogurt 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon *save about a 1/4 cup of this mixture on the side for the topping and glaze part Glaze: Leftover yogurt mixture 1 tsp cinnamon… add 1 tsp at a time and mix until dark 1 tsp milk… add 1 tsp at a time and mix until thin #food #breakfast #protein #fyp
