Mia amd Char are so wrong about this. The point is that after all these years, Charlie talked about Marj behind her back and nothing nice was said. Even more apology was so dull and shallow amd there wouldn't be an apology if there wasn't for Autumn.

That apology from Char and Sorscha wasn't good. That's why Marj hasn't forgiven her yet. Not only did Char hurt her feelings, but the apology was awful. What Char and Sorscha said wasn't wrong but the reality is Marj is feeling hurt. They need to give a proper apology.

Char just keeps getting all the bad advice. Marjorie is being very clear that she needs space right now. showing up on her doorstep when Marjorie has made it abundantly clear she doesn't want to see her right now is just plain wrong at this point

I'm so torn!! on 1 hand, Marjorie has been quite loopy & a bit of a laughing stock, so Char WAS fair in saying that. Buuuut... that should've been a heart to heart & friend to friend outside of the nursery. they were friends FIRST, before Marjorie was her boss

Correct they did nothing wrong. They were talking (in private) how their manager is offloading all her work onto everyone else while focusing on her relationship and status in office

I feel like the moment Marjorie said char was interrupting that should have been end of convo and chat could have tried again later. but she was pushing Marjorie to talk about something she clearly wasn't going to be able to focus on just so she can make her conscious feel better..I love char but apologize properly please, Marjorie will come around if it's genuine
