It's probably one of the best lines in the history of the show, I feel, because that bragging comes not a handful of moments after The Doctor is screaming to be let out because he alone knows just how dangerous just ONE of them can be... practically unstoppable.

People need to realise that some things don’t need their own series. The weight and gravity of these moments comes because we’re being told about them in a moment of vulnerability. The more that we actually saw of the time war / time lords, the more the magic / emotional depth faded.

People don’t realize the daleks are the only true race to challenge the time lords, the main reason there even a thing is because of the time lords, every race has a downfall at some point and the daleks were the time lords, the doctor was the only one to take matters into his own hands

I wanna re watch it but the last doctor of the 2005 series the woman doctor just makes me not want to I loved doctor who the whole way through some I had to warn up to I thought I might just need some time to warm up to her but she is so boring and a terrible doctor I had to stop watching near the start of her season 😭 but I really want to finish it to watch the new series
