what’s a good way to audition for these without a manager? I’ve done extra work but finding casting calls is sooo hard , especially looking the way i look 😭

Fun fact: when Whoopi Goldberg first started in Xanadu she read some of her lines from index cards handed to her by an audience member (that a stage manager would give before the show started). I love her so much but I do lose a tiny bit of respect for her because of it.
