In calculus it is never the calculus part that you mess up. Its always the algebra. Its always some number you forgot to carry or misread or a negative sign or literally anything else.

Just did the SAT and my brain is still in calc mode. They gave me a y=mx +B problem and I derived to find the slope. It was easy and I got the right answer but only after did I realize they wanted me to recognize m=the slope
