@niiiinaaa___: I took a 3 week vacation using only 6 days of PTO and at least once a month I give myself 5 days off in a row. I love a nurse schedule 🙏👩‍⚕️ . #nurse #nursetok #greenscreen #nurselife #nursesoftikok

Maximising the system I love it 😂 I work retail and have to work 5 days because of our opening hours etc. 3 days would be the dream!!!

I do 7 days on and 7 days off midnights...5-10hrs and 2-11hrs. I Let my PTO build and then take a week off and get 3 weeks off in a row

Yup. Took a month off only used 9 days. This is why I won't leave bedside even though I'm an NP

Love this! I came for the Japan info but I'm also a nurse and I kinda wanna hear more about your nurse life. What unit do you work? Did you start there or is this a new thing? What do you wanna do in the future?

I work in public education in the U.S. I work when students are in session and then 10 or so staff-only days. Yes I get summers “off” (unpaid), but I only get 3 personal days to use during the school year. I’d love to take a long trip during fall or spring weather!

Do you love mid shift? I like that I can sleep in a little bit but I kind of hate everything else about it

😅Please be careful sharing a recent schedule w/strangers. I’m a nobody with a smaller following and had a stalker issue from my other account sharing my Strava location 😭. Stay safe.

hi Nina. i have a question aboit older Japanese men. im in my 60s, white male and have had a few interactions with Japanese men in my business dealings. one thing I have noticed and cant explain is how they typically interacted with me. Namely, they raise their voice and speak to me (in Japanese, which I dont understand) in a very aggresive manner. Is this behavior a dominance thing? What do they think they are accomplishing by coming off that way? Is it cultural? Any culturL perspective u can offer would be interesting. thx u
