@tyrathecreative: Cookout Season is approaching and I’m getting ready to knock the dust off of my daddy’s Western Beans recipe 🔥 📝I halved this recipe to make a smaller batch, below will make enough for the whole cookout! 🌶️ 1 lb ground beef 🌶️ 1 lb ground turkey 🌶️ 1 tube mild sausage 🌶️ Cajun seasoning (to taste) 🌶️ 1 #10 can of Bush’s Original Baked Beans @bushsbeans 🌶️ 1 yellow onion, chopped 🌶️ 1 bunch green onions, chopped 🌶️ 1–2 cups BBQ sauce 🌶️ 1 tbsp cayenne pepper (omit if using spicy BBQ sauce) 🌶️ ½ cup yellow mustard 🌶️ 1 cup ketchup 🌶️ ½–1 cup light brown sugar 🌶️ 2 tbsp onion powder 🌶️ 2 tbsp garlic powder How to Make It: Brown the meats, drain the fat, then toss in the onions and let ‘em soften. Stir in Bush’s Baked Beans, BBQ sauce, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, and seasonings.
