idk, this trend might actually be what is needed to propell free thought in our community. Much like the history of how women gained their equality and bodily autonomy in the west, trends like these breakdown harmful structures and normalise the idea that woman are just as human as men(i.e. equal). In any movement, u need people who are brave enough to come out and "protest", just like the western women in the 1800s who wore trousers and persisted in the face of ridicule. Regardless, the internet is filled with so much harmful content(esp right wing) that this trend is actually refreshing
