Silva moved to the ball because it's a reflex to try to block the ball with his chest or shoulder. His hand was well tucked to the back. The refs should have checked: 1) the offside line properly. They called it offside first but didn't take the time or show the lines as it happened. 2) Even if it is on, he should have given a penalty and a yellow card since it's a reflex with hands in the back 3) He also made many other mistakes in the game. It's a 0/10 performance from a guy who just been named ref of the year

yes, he deserve to get a red card. He intentionally blocked the ball. His left hand visibly was moving to the left to block the ball as simple as that.
