All I know is I used to get frequent cavities. I started rinsing with Listerine twice daily and haven’t had a cavity since. It’s been decades. I will stick with Listerine twice daily whether it’s killing good bacteria or not. I’d rather do that than have false teeth. It may not keep the bad breath gone, but it keeps my teeth in my mouth.
