You need to have some EXTREMELY SERIOUS conversations with your management. Code calls need to be effective and consistent, carts need to be stocked, and you need an ambu bag available at all times. Any one of these issues by themselves would be very serious, but the three together raised critical concerns about your unit.

yall need a major huddle about why the cart ain't stocked, the broadcast is cutting off ect. every floor should have a cart and every person should know their role during a call. my friend works in activities an even she has a role during a code
