used a 20 dollar mandolin and took me like 1 minute to cut up 2 potatos into french frys then ran under cold water for like 15 min, dried them then sprayed oil and put in airfryer at 400 for 20 min. came out great

If you're making a big batch of fries, this whole process will take you 2+ hours by the time you double fry them. Maybe if I had a commercial grade deep fryer.
