@dr.dan_dpt: This is still a fairly more recent discovery thanks to some great research work by a lot of awesome sports focused DPTs. It has allowed us to be a lot more specific when it comes to treating the shoulders of current and former overhead athletes. #physicaltherapy #baseball
I have this! Played a lot of soccer so it makes no sense, but nonetheless

Laughs in hyper mobile softball/volleyball player. My shoulders can do it both ways, however I’ve subluxed my left one twice just by swinging a bat.

I played a sport that had mostly symmetrical movement (gymnastics) but somehow I have this. it's not as pronounced but it's enough that it's a noticeable difference

Played every sport I could growing up, lots of baseball, tennis, lots of overhead stuff. Have never been able to touch my hands behind my back like that. Really eye opening to see this.

WHAT NO ONE EVER EXPLAINED THIS TO ME. My dominant arm is also significantly (3-4 inches) longer than my left arm. Is this normal ?????
