People are sleeping too much on Loop earplugs. They are truly awesome. Peace and calm for a super affordable price. I have 3 pairs, one for shopping (i get overstimulated easily), one for sleeping and one for “i dont want to hear anyone anymore” 😅

my best tip from my 4 months in asia is to have a silk sleeping bag liner with a specific pillow hood.. hook it over any questionable hostel pillow cases and then you save yourself from touching the sheets or the pillow
