The statement “you’re never fully healed” is counter productive to your healing journey, you absolutely can and will be healed from the things in this life that has caused that unbalanced nervous system, trauma, hurt, and damage. It may be a lifelong journey but trust you will arrive at your healed destination in your lifetime 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾.

The crazy part about leaving something traumatic, sometimes you don’t even know you have certain triggers until you experience them. So yeah healing isn’t linear. And you might never be as healed as you think

This is so true, a lot of the times we think we are healed when we are really just isolated. Glad you put yourself back out there and as you go through different stages of your relationship various things will be revealed and you and your boo will work on and through them 💖

Never got a time to heal mentally since I gave birth walked away from an 11 year relationship left my job new location school etc and not being 100% financially stable but I’m at peace still eating have a great job taking time to walk wish I had more
