People don’t understand what owning a house means. There’s a ALOT of phantom costs for a mortgage that you’ll pay off in 30 yrs. Put your money in the market and you’ll get the same return for your investment. Don’t listen to them. Do what makes you happy please. You’re not wasting your money if you rent. You’re paying for a service and for a place to live.

I divorced in 2022 and was a homeowner for 25 years. I gave the house to my ex. HATED being a homeowner. Love the city, happy to pay rent, and live my vibes. I love your content!! Keep doing you!!!!

Homeowner here , and I would rather rent!! My son lives in the Arrive on Light Street and His Amenities and convince ARE AMAZING!!!! So yeahhhhh if I could turn back the hands of time!!! Old enough to be your granny here! When people say you can buy a house instead of renting…what they are really saying is you can RENT FROM A BANK! Property taxes,homeowners insurance and maintenance costs are going up.
