Truly silence is a decision either to Respond or Avoid but doesn't mean to say you don't know or understand, it's deepens beyonds, a Silent person most occassionally is the smartest and Intelligent one cause they dont just bubble with words but when necessary to lay them down and provide equaval understanding towards a certain knowledgeful respond.
