Yes u have to curl at different points of ur lashes… base, middle, then tips— this curler has not failed me in 12 years and I just replaced it.

try and curl them for a solid ten seconds then release, keep curling until it's to your liking, it should work

closer!! i always found this to be a problem of mine too, i had to realize the curler wasn’t going to kill me, and ultimately i have control over it. so many tragic storytimes of eyelashes being ripped out and i rlly js found i was afraid to get in there
