@tastybitesbyb: POV: making homemade lasagna for dinner 🍝✨ (extra cheesy of course) Step by Step Easy Recipe below! 🤍@T-fal USA @Rao’s Homemade @Pyrex @staterbros #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #lasagna #cookwithme #pasta Ingredients: • Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, creole seasoning, Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, Cajun seasoning • 2 shallots (diced) • 4–5 garlic cloves (minced) • Handful of parsley (chopped) • 2 eggs • 1 lb ground beef • 1 lb Italian sausage • 30–32 oz ricotta cheese • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese • ½ cup shredded romano cheese • 32 oz marinara sauce • 1 box lasagna noodles Instructions: 1. Mince garlic, dice shallots, and chop parsley. Set aside. Preheat oven to 400 F. 2. Shred cheeses: 1 cup parmesan, ½ cup romano, and 2 cups mozzarella. Set aside. 3. Remove casing from sausage. 4. Mix 1 teaspoon of all seasonings together in a small bowl. 5. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, parsley, 1 cup mozzarella (save the other cup), parmesan, romano, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Creole seasoning. Mix well. Set aside. 6. In a pan, sauté shallots and garlic in oil. Add ground beef + sausage. Cook until browned. 7. Drain excess oil. 8. Add seasoning mix + marinara sauce. Stir, simmer, and cover. 9. Boil noodles (about 8 mins), then drain and rinse with cold water. 10. In a baking dish: Layer: meat sauce → noodles → ricotta mix. Repeat. 11. Top with remaining mozzarella. 12. Bake at 400°F covered for 25 mins, then uncover and bake 10–15 more mins. 13. Finish with parsley + extra cheese 🤌
