@_za.wa.di_: Now that my breastfeeding journey has come to an end, nobody prepared me for this part… the full, heavy, painful stage. My body is still adjusting and honestly it’s not the most comfortable feeling. My breasts feel so full, tight, and sore as they slowly learn that milk is no longer needed. Motherhood really teaches you that every stage comes with its own challenges. From sleepless nights, to endless cuddles, to breastfeeding moments that created such a deep bond between me and my daughter. Letting go of that chapter is emotional, but I’m grateful my body was able to nourish my baby. Right now I’m just being patient with myself and my body. The heaviness and discomfort are part of the process as this chapter slowly closes. My breastfeeding chapter may be ending, but the love and bond with my baby will always remain. 🤍#newmomlife #MotherhoodMoments #MomAndDaughter #MotherhoodUnplugged
