the law states 🙄. the law also states that it is an offence under section 26 for an officer to use powers unlawfully or miss use legislation, not that any officers have ever been convicted of such an offence. despite hundreds of these videos documenting offences.

Sect 50 is for anti social behaviour and he needs to explain what he’s done to use it. It’s isnt there to be used just to identify someone because he feels he’s up to no good. Remind him of Sect 26 abuse of police powers and a civil right to take him to court.
