They also need to retrain the baggage handlers about how to treat other people’s luggage. I’d be taking pictures of the inside of my luggage especially if it’s carrying fragile items or something breakable because they just throw luggage around like it’s trash. Either handle luggage accordingly or pay for the damage from the employees paycheck.

The plane haven't even start boarding. I was there, but because I wasn't there exactly 2 hours they gave away the seat and me and my two kids were stuck in Belize that all three of us had to get back to work the next day because we went to bury their father which he played a big role in their life and all three of us has been heartbroken and we picked united to fly us there and bring us back home and they were so disappointed after explaining to the manager that I did not get Time Off off work because I had just had several surgery and just returned to work that I needed to be at work the next day she was so rude and was so heartless if not in debt then when do people yield to kindness we was there. The plane was still boarding, but we cannot leave because they give away our seats ,that jeopardize our job that jeopardize our home. I've never heard of that policy that you absolutely have to be there. It's encouraged to be there as long as you get through security and you get through TSA you get your flight. I've never encountered this before in my life amongst all that it was a difficult time for us and then we got back to the airport in Houston and we had to sit there for hours and hours and hours because the flight was delayed for no reason they give so I always say the whole entire time. I will never fly United Airlines again.

I fly united one time and it was under some unseen circumstances, I mean, he just died in his sleep and they were terrible. I said the whole time I was sitting there at the airport when the flight was canceled that they didn't say a reason for hours of delay. not to mention if you're in Belize, if you don't show up two hours before the time they will give away your seat. and you will have to wait till whenever United fly into the country again because they don't fly every day and they don't care about you losing your job. They don't care about how long you have to stay extra and the manager's in Belize is very very rude. I met one young lady that works for the airline that was decent.
