@artem_pankovich: Worn Bushings on Audi Q5 - Full Repair. • In this video we work on an Audi Q5, replacing the front lower control arms. During inspection, significant damage to the bushings was found: some bushings were completely delaminated, sleeves were loose, and the hydraulic bushings showed cracks. After removal, one of the bushings even started leaking under pressure, clearly indicating the need for immediate replacement. • The video shows the full repair process: removing the old control arms and installing new ones. The job itself is relatively straightforward, although some difficulty may occur when removing the control arms from the ball joint mounting points. I demonstrate how to handle this properly and efficiently. • Special attention is given to correct tightening: control arm bolts must be tightened only in the suspension’s working position, with the vehicle resting on its wheels. In this case, a four-post lift is used to simulate this condition. After the repair, a wheel alignment is required and also shown in the video. важный момент - затяжку сайлентблоков выполнять когда рычаги подвески находятся в нормальном положении, машина стоит на колёсах.
