So update got a new ent and he took a culture of my throat and found three different pathogens two of which only usually live in the gut and colon. I read reflux or leaky gut can cause this in the throat and bloodstream. Two days into the antibiotics my sore throat is completely gone and cough and shortness of breath are disappearing as well!
