i only have dry eyes with my contacts, after a couple years of trial and error i found a regime that works for me. biofinity contact lens, use biotrue hydration plus solution, optase drops (kinda expensive but the best ive found so far) night time and some in the morning about 20 min before putting in my lenses. if they get dry thru the day i really like blink and refresh drops for contacts. good luck!

Finding the root cause of your dryness is key! Most cases of Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) is missed and instead eye drops are pushed, which won't treat the root cause of dryness if you have MGD. I recommend finding a dry eye specialist in your area to assess you 🙏🏽

Try keeping sunglasses with you it’s helped me so much especially bcs I hate wearing my glasses I also carry eye drops that are contact lens safe with me

Optometric tech- I use Optase hylo forte. (I wear Biofinity XR CL, due to my high astigmatism so I can’t fit into daily’s) these drops are literally designed to work with your cl instead of just evaporating like a normal eye drop. You can even put them on the back of your cl before inserting. They bring me such relief. If you don’t like those lmk got a few more I like pricey but worth it lol.
