You might be able to change the gear ratio in it to make it spin faster throwing the balls alittle quicker in the bucket while also keeping up with the ball in take

Make the green parts taller so it doesn’t spill along side with the black part where it spills over also make it double at once or three at a time into the bin so it’s actually convenient

Motors aren’t needed. Add side walls to the jaws and there needs to be a gear added that prevents the balls from clogging, like a turnstile, at the mouth of the ramp

The problem is the bottle neck of require a new ball to push the set up. That entire thing should be on a belt system so even if you aren’t picking up balls, it’s still clearing and loading them into the bucket. This will help reduce the friction at the entry point
