@matchaclubau: I thought it would be a good idea to learn and teach more about matcha together ! Meet cultivar spotlight where we go through various matcha cultivars. For those who don’t know I do actually source my own matcha from small Japanese farms. I recently got the opportunity to try this new cultivar and I really liked it. The only thing I noticed was that it did have a tendency to be mellowed out by the milk due to its delicate vanilla/tonka like flavour profile.
