yes please fix the floors and everything else necessary BEFORE moving in! it’ll be worth the wait, trust me!! you rather fix things now than later when you have all your stuff. so fix floors, fix the walls, paint, etc etc! take your time ❤️

You are so blessed to have such an option to move but in and also have your own full space. You will have privacy , also feel safe cause there’s family around and your own space will be controlled and designed by you even though it’s your parents house. I wish for this privilege - many of us do. All the best.

I would say paint the walls and fix the floors first. everything else you can fix overtime. for the floors do you want tile or wooden? we had cement floors in mexico. we got wooden floors installed and it made such a big difference!! wishing you guys the best💓

Paint, pull up that black trim along the floor, get pergo laminate flooring from Home Depot. They install for free and will provide a trim 💚 you got this!
