I’ve tried nello and I will happily try iris. My PCOS is quite present. Facial hair, loss of hair and insulin resistance. I think it will be wonderful to support a women owned business.

I did just buy iris from this video, I will say I like that nello has shatavari, as thats VERY good at reducing pms/menopause symptoms. might be worth adding if you can source it well.
