I ask ai and it says I should not train quads or hamstring to failure and usain bolt didn't train that way either.
my question is you look fast in that photo so how can you be fast and train to failure without fatigue catching up to you and how do I train to failure like you to not build too much muscle mass to the point it makes me slower but be able to have enough power in my legs like you do...
