The HOF's for all 4 majors need to have the living HOF'ers vote for their peers. Not the sportswriters that don't know the dedication and hardwork it takes to reach those levels of performance.

Baseball writers are constantly in their feelings. Back in the day, if the player didn't make himself available to the media, they held it against them. There can't be HOF without Rose, Bonds, McGuire ,Sosa, Rodriguez and Clemens. IMO.

The whole time i was in school from mid 80’s til 1999 in the suburbs outside of DC no one talked baseball to me in school until Sammy and McGuire started banging those balls out left and right. And Cal Ripken played 30 mins away! Put them in!!

Yeah, I would never support the Hall of Fame until Bonds gets in and Rose gets in. You cannot tell the baseball story without those two players for sure.
