When I see people eat, I don’t care if it’s at a taco truck a five star restaurant I see them at peace whatever is going on in their life. They’re enjoying that moment they could put their worries on the shelf even for a small time when I see people having a drink quietly at a bar, I see them being able to get by this stressful days they have and things that they’re going through that they could never talk about food means so much more than just eating. It gives us a way to recharge. That’s just my opinion, being a bartender for over 30 years part-time at night I always loved watching people enjoy their food and of course I did pretty good picking out the red wine for them too if I have to say so myself.👍🏻
