@User9394959592020: Listen she’s not wrong. I’m 5’1, 105 lbs and I’m very active with Pilates, cardio and a healthy diet. My problem is nighttime snacking while watching tv or a movie. I’m HORRIBLE and my LDL is through the roof, just found that out a few days ago. Not worth it!!!
