Some people even make cute rice bears tucked under an omelette “blanket” 🥺 I decided to reinterpret this concept in my own signature way. So in my version, there’s a deeply насыщенный, ultra-thick beef bone broth — texture-wise it’s almost like a light savory jelly or a glossy consommé gel. As for the tradition itself, this dish is especially popular in small local Asian cafés. It’s not about fine dining or Michelin stars — it’s more about simple, comforting, soul-warming food… But if we speak the language of haute cuisine, rice works as the perfect neutral base, the omelette brings the texture (soft, slightly runny scrambled center), and the sauce becomes the real creative bridge of flavors and aromas 🤌🏻 Every recipe can be reimagined — you can always add something personal, recognizable, a little bit exclusive.
