I can relate to this so much tbh. Being depressed is the worse feeling ever. I've had days where im walking around my place and instantly just start to tear up and cry for no reason. So, I get it! The best thing I can tell you is to make sure you eat something and open up your windows to get some sunlight. I hope your days get better tho!

I have suffered from S Ideations most of my life. I finally learned through therapy that it’s just your brain thinking it’s being helpful by telling you there is always a way out of whatever you’re going through. Once you realize that you can see it from that perspective you can tell yourself that this isn’t really helpful and shut down that way of thinking. Please take care. ✌️❤️
