A lot of people here having adverse side effects need to look at the dose they’re taking. There is a right and a wrong dose, and either end of that can have poor effects on sleep and other processes in the body.

Threonate is way too expensive and has less evidence than Glycinate. The bioavailability of Citrate is actually not that bad it just caps pretty early because of the laxative effects so you would need to take a lower dose 3x a day.
