I don’t know if they still have them, but mustangs within the last 10 years or so have them. Kind of an odd addition. The ecoboosts got a combo boost/vac gauge, gt got a straight vac gauge. May have been an option I’m not sure.

I added you me to my 68 f100 via Carn cheater. It’s mostly for tuning but I use it as an economy gauge also.

The main difference on modern fuel economy readings is that they are made by the ECU using the current rate of speed, RPM and fuel flow, old Economy Gauges often didn't have any numbers because they weren't as sophisticated, they are more equivalent to an eco-rating on modern MFDs, only useful for telling if you are driving efficiently or not.
