I was actually coming to the comment section to say I get it, because I’m Nigerian and we eat some foods like swallow with our hands, and even rice sometimes. Of course we wash our hands properly before eating. I was surprised to see people calling it dirty it’s really just culture and preference thing. If it’s not your thing, that’s fine, but it doesn’t make it unhygienic.
