I am so lucky, I can get away with only washing my hair once a week! It seems like such a chore bc it’s so long, in the summer usually twice a week. Years ago I was told it’s not good to wash your hair everyday, but I recently heard it depends on your scalp.

i regret washing once a week because my dermatitis is so bad that if my scalp gets wet i want to itch it off! no dandruff, not oily, not flaky, just itchy when wet.

People need to wash their hair more and not rely on dry shampoo! I know all dandruff is do to this but now and days a lot is . It’s good to wash your hair more often , it’s healthy for the scalp . The damage comes from heat , color and breakage from being hard on your hair .
