What you’ll need: ✅ 3 cheese sticks ✅ 1 large low carb tortilla(must be thrown) ✅ 1 egg ✅ 60 g veggies (chopped) ✅ 30 g bacon (chopped) Method Fold the tortilla into a triangle with the cheese sticks tucked into the edges and secure with toothpicks. Add your veggies, crack the egg into the middle, then sprinkle over the bacon. Air fry at 180°C for 12–15 mins until crispy and the egg is cooked through. Remove toothpicks, slice it up, and enjoy.
